Quick Frozen has two modern, fully automated cutting lines at its disposal.

Op deze machines kan Quick Frozen allerlei verschillende blok gevroren visproducten verwerken. Producten die Quick Frozen op dit moment veelal verwerkt zijn alaska Pollak, zalm en kabeljauw.

There are of course many other possibilities as well. Any straight-edged format is possible, including fish chunks for frying (kibbeling), cubes, trapezoids, fish fingers and diamond cuts.

The cutting department also has a number of manual band saws. These saws can be used in order to cut all types of fillets or whole fish into the desired formats. The goujon cutter processes fillets into strips that are 14 mm thick.
